Shipping & Returns Policy

Hand-Poured with Care

Every candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches using premium parasoy wax for a clean, long-lasting burn. We take pride in crafting each candle with attention to detail, so you receive a product worthy of your home.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After shipping, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. If you experience any issues, please reach out so we can make it right.
