1. Hand-Poured with Care
Every candle is carefully hand-poured in small batches using premium parasoy wax to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn. Each product is crafted with attention to detail so that it arrives ready to enhance your home.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Shipping Times
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
